Event/Class Cancellation Policy:

At Rock Step Swing Dance Society, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. To ensure the smooth operation of our events and classes, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Registration and Payment:

All registrations for classes organized by Rock Step Swing Dance Society must be completed in advance, and payment is required to secure your spot. To secure your spot at our events, advance booking and payment is required. Limited tickets will be available at the door.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Rock Step Swing Dance Society, we strive to create well-planned and enjoyable swing dance classes and events for our participants. As the event date approaches, our organization incurs various non-recoverable expenses, including venue costs, instructor fees, and logistical arrangements that are based on the number of registered participants.

Given the nature of our non-profit organization and the financial commitments involved in organizing events, we have established a refund policy to ensure the sustainability and smooth operation of our activities. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.

Within this 14-day window, our organization has already committed resources and incurred costs associated with each registered participant, making it challenging to accommodate last-minute changes. This policy enables us to maintain the quality and integrity of our events while being mindful of the financial considerations involved in event planning.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our refund policy, which ultimately contributes to the continued success of Rock Step Swing Dance Society.

3. Event/Class Cancellation by Rock Step Swing Dance Society:

In the rare event that Rock Step Swing Dance Society needs to cancel an event or class, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Full refunds will be issued to registered participants in the event of a cancellation initiated by Rock Step Swing Dance Society.
